At Unique Item BD, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The product is damaged or defective

  • The wrong product was delivered

  • The product is incomplete or missing parts

⚠️ Return requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Return Conditions

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

  • Original invoice or proof of purchase must be provided

  • Returns without valid reasons will not be accepted

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used or damaged items due to customer misuse

  • Items bought during clearance or special discount offers (unless defective)

4. Refund Process

  • Once the returned product is inspected and approved, the refund will be processed

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or store credit

  • Refund processing may take 7–10 working days

5. Exchange Policy

If the issue qualifies, we may offer an exchange instead of a refund, subject to stock availability.

6. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error, return shipping costs will be covered by Unique Item BD

  • If the return is due to customer preference, shipping costs must be borne by the customer
